Coaching Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Digital Courses

Refunds for digital course enrolments may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
